📋 Description

• Increase territory revenue by selling Alcon's vision care portfolio of products • Promote Alcon’s innovative technology and partner with Eye Care Practitioners using a needs-based selling approach • Develop and grow customer relationships while executing strategic plans • Set clear objectives for each sales interaction based on account decision-maker and influencer needs • Collaborate with colleagues to create executional plans addressing customer and organizational needs • Execute marketing plans for specific products to drive customer behavior and product adoption • Attain quarterly and annual sales quotas • Meet call metrics, including reach and frequency to targeted accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs.; Assoc.+6 yrs.; M.S.) • 2 Years of Relevant Experience • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English • Must reside in the Remote, Texas location area; ideal areas include Southlake, Hurst, Keller, North Richland Hills, or Fort Worth • Compliance with applicable regulations • Alcon is an equal opportunity employer and participates in E-Verify
