📋 Description

• Lead consultative discovery with Benefits, Total Rewards, HR, Finance, and Health & Welfare leaders • Use healthcare and benefits data to frame client issues, identify opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations • Translate complex client needs into outcome-based solution strategies connecting Alight’s healthcare data and analytics capabilities with the broader benefits ecosystem • Develop executive-level business cases, value hypotheses, and ROI narratives • Originate and advance new-logo and installed-base opportunities with Fortune 500 and other large employers • Build relationships with healthcare consultants, brokers, and strategic partners • Lead complex pursuits from market development and discovery through solution shaping, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution • Partner with Strategic Account Executives, Navigation, Health Administration, Product, Data Operations, Solution Architecture, and Consultant Relations • Bring market and client insight to Product and leadership to inform positioning, roadmap priorities, packaging, and go-to-market strategy • Maintain account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and pursuit governance while meeting or exceeding bookings and revenue objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, employer health and benefits strategy, healthcare analytics, or a closely related advisory field • Commercial or business-development accountability strongly preferred • Experience advising large and complex employers, preferably organizations with 10,000+ employees • Ability to analyze employer healthcare challenges and convert insights into strategic recommendations, solution designs, and measurable business cases • Depth in several areas including healthcare claims analytics, pharmacy, carrier strategy, population health, navigation, point-solution optimization, benefits administration, data warehousing, employer reporting, or healthcare cost management • Executive presence and ability to engage CHROs, CFOs, Benefits and Total Rewards leaders, consultants, and senior healthcare decision-makers • Experience operating within or alongside firms such as Mercer, Aon, WTW, Gallagher, Lockton, Segal, or comparable healthcare and benefits advisory organizations highly valued • Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements and influence decisions without relying solely on formal authority • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including simplifying technical and analytical concepts into a compelling commercial narrative • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, consultant engagement, conferences, and strategic pursuits • Must have work authorization in the United States that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship • Successful completion of a background check and any position-required checks
