📋 Description

• Own end-to-end functional design, including process design, data model, security model, and fit with client systems • Decide whether requirements are met by configuration, extension, or client process changes, and explain trade-offs in business terms • Define integration approach with the Technical Architecture Advisor across Dynamics 365, ERP, HR, and reporting systems • Contribute to environment and release strategies • Review consultant designs and configurations for adherence to standards • Shape and present solution approaches for proposals and RFP responses • Run discovery workshops and solution demonstrations • Define and estimate project scope and track estimates through delivery • Lead business process and requirements workshops • Guide clients on platform capabilities and limitations • Contribute to analysis and design methodologies and accelerators • Configure Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, including model-driven apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio agents • Track solution design through delivery, including scope and change management • Define test strategies and acceptance criteria for deployment and acceptance • Define client training needs and contribute to Microsoft platform capability building through mentoring and internal sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of functional consulting experience on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform • Design authority on at least 3 full-lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations from proposal through go-live in a consulting environment • Deep expertise in at least one Dynamics 365 application area and working knowledge of others, including Customer Engagement or Project Operations • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio agents and Copilot in Dynamics 365, including understanding of ideal use cases and limitations • Working knowledge of Dataverse, including data model, security model, and environment and solution management • Understanding of the Azure ecosystem surrounding Dynamics 365 solutions, including Entra ID, integration services, and data platform basics • Awareness of Power Platform governance and security, including environment strategy, Data Loss Prevention policies, and Power Platform admin centre • Ability to facilitate complex discussions, align stakeholders around a solution direction, and explain design decisions to executives, delivery teams, and developers • Proficient English • Proficient French • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, or Software Engineering (extra edge/preferred) • Microsoft certifications such as AB-100, AB-731, AB-900, MB-280, or PL-600 (extra edge) • Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Purview, or similar technologies (extra edge) • Public sector delivery experience requiring Government of Canada security clearance (extra edge)
