📋 Description

• Lead complex implementation programs by developing comprehensive project schedules, managing milestones, and coordinating cross-functional delivery activities across multiple customer engagements • Serve as the primary implementation lead for assigned customers by managing expectations, facilitating communication, and aligning project goals, timelines, and deliverables • Coordinate implementation activities across Delivery, Technical Services, Product, Customer Success, and external stakeholders • Analyze implementation risks and operational challenges and develop mitigation strategies • Facilitate customer-facing implementation meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through • Manage Jira tickets, project tasks, and implementation workflows • Support onboarding readiness and implementation planning by validating customer requirements, prerequisites, and resource alignment • Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, risk assessments, stakeholder communications, and implementation records • Apply advanced project management methodologies to varying customer environments and implementation complexities • Build customer relationships as a trusted advisor and guide customers through implementation processes • Coordinate internal resources, monitor timelines, and escalate critical issues • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend workflow enhancements • Provide leadership with visibility into project health, resources, and risks • Support less experienced program managers through mentoring and guidance • Manage multiple concurrent implementation programs

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience leading implementation programs, customer onboarding initiatives, project delivery activities, or client-facing operational projects within SaaS, fintech, banking technology, or related environments • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Communications, or related experience • Advanced experience managing implementation programs or customer onboarding initiatives • Strong project scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills • Ability to independently manage complex implementation engagements and competing priorities • Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer-facing experience • Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration across operational, technical, and customer teams • Ability to analyze implementation risks and develop effective mitigation strategies • Experience using project management and ticketing platforms such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools • Strong organizational, analytical, and customer relationship management skills • Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment • No employment sponsorship available
