📋 Description

• Plan, manage, and execute all relevant project tasks • Prepare and execute high-level technical and consulting work • Monitor and control project activities to achieve project milestones • Cultivate and lead projects already under contract and expand business with existing clients • Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory organizations • Ensure compliance of projects with ALL4 quality assurance guidelines • Conduct regular meetings with the project team on status of work • Mentor junior technical staff

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering or applicable environmental/science degree • Minimum of 5 years of Environmental consulting experience • Working knowledge of technical subjects impacting air permitting (e.g., NSR, minor NSR, Title V, TRI, Tier II, SPCC, NPDES, and SWPPP) • Established relationships with regulatory agencies and/or industrial sector professionals • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to develop, lead, and enroll strong teams with a wide range of personality types and technical abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong document production skills (proficiency in Word and Excel) and technical writing ability
