📋 Description

• Provide telephone support for e-commerce and insurance clients • Identify customer needs and provide optimal or alternative product solutions • Educate potential clients on insurance options • Provide quotes and close sales • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services • Learn about products and stay current on product or policy changes • Accurately enter pertinent customer data • Make changes to existing policies • Address customer concerns and demonstrate empathy to move customers toward commitment • Use AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools responsibly • Support customers with travel insurance needs through inbound telephone inquiries • Promote or sell company products and services

🎯 Requirements

• Six (6) to twelve (12) months in a customer service or sales environment • Post-secondary education is highly preferred • Possess Accident and Sickness license or willing to become licensed • Possess TICO certification or willing to become certified • Ability to pay close attention to detail and multi-task • Demonstrate superb customer service skills • Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction • Fluency in French and English, written and spoken • Ability to work effectively with artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools • Responsible use of insights in accordance with data governance, security, and ethical-use standards
