📋 Description

• Serve as the business lead and subject matter expert for vendor management processes within Casualty Claims Operations • Monitor and oversee vendor performance to ensure service level agreements, customer experience standards, and operational expectations are consistently achieved • Develop, maintain, and report on vendor performance metrics, scorecards, and operational results • Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and internal business partners • Lead and manage change management initiatives across multiple operational areas, including vendor onboarding and offshore engagement activities • Partner with vendors on workforce planning and resource management to support demand forecasts and maximize operational efficiency • Coordinate vendor audits, reviews, and compliance activities to ensure adherence to contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and operational standards • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while balancing day-to-day operational priorities • Review and address internal and external escalations related to vendor performance and service delivery • Conduct regular business reviews with vendor partners to identify successes, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement • Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to optimize vendor value and operational effectiveness • Identify opportunities for vendor program expansion and recommend innovative solutions that support business objectives • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendor partners, procurement teams and business leaders to support expansion and optimization of the casualty vendor program

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in vendor management, operations, claims or a related business function • Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor governance practices • Accident Benefits and or Bodily Injury insurance industry experience, particularly within Claims Operations • Experience managing vendor relationships and monitoring operational performance metrics • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with multiple stakeholders • Experience presenting business results and recommendations to leadership teams • Ability to analyze operational data and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Experience with resource planning, forecasting, and performance management • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management abilities • Experience using Guidewire ClaimCenter or similar claims platforms • CIP or working towards CIP, ACIP, CRM or FCIP designation • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered
