📋 Description

• Provide pre-sales support in the development and presentation of Workiva’s platform for prospective clients and current customers • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle by connecting customer outcomes to platform capabilities • Engage customers, prospects, and partners through virtual and onsite meetings • Drive discovery processes and lead product demonstrations • Identify where Workiva solutions align with customer and prospect needs • Demonstrate expertise across Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability Reporting domains • Assist Sales in developing account plans aligned with Workiva strategies and objectives • Conduct customer process assessments • Build proofs of concept to validate requirements • Build and present partner-specific business cases • Support smooth onboarding and long-term customer success with implementation partners and Client Services • Develop new use cases or apply existing templates to demonstrate solution impact and value • Potentially deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or peer mentoring • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience • Knowledge of Financial Reporting, GRC, or Sustainability Reporting, or strong aptitude and commitment to developing deep domain expertise • Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement • Experience building processes from the ground up, including design, proposal, and cross-functional alignment • Proactive collaboration and feedback to product management teams to capture new customer requirements and enhancements • Ability to solve problems and articulate solutions to business problems with strong communication and presentation skills • Hands-on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred • Experience with high-level technical aspects of connectivity and integration (API) • Capability to gather business needs and present a value-based, compelling software demonstration is preferred • Up to 40% travel • Must have reliable internet access when working remotely
