📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients • Support sophisticated enterprise customer engagements and work streams • Guide customers and colleagues in deploying technologies that increase business value • Identify and proactively handle risks through resolution • Negotiate solutions to complex problems with customers and third-party partners • Review and correct project artifacts to keep solutions maintainable and extendable • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and clients to design Salesforce technology solutions • Contribute to program vision, business cases, justification, monitoring, and delivery throughout the program lifecycle • Advise on program and project strategies involving enabling technologies, including the Salesforce Platform • Contribute to internal initiatives, community knowledge, and consulting-practice growth • Travel approximately 25% based on customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate a point of view and rationale • Ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to develop audience-appropriate materials • Ability to connect with people in diverse roles • Track record analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes through technology and integration • Ability to solve complex problems • Willingness and ability to travel 25% based on customer needs • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative subject area preferred; equivalent validated work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered • Demonstrated success translating business user stories into technical requirements documents • Demonstrated success leading customer and/or partner success • Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience strongly recommended
