📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to assess learning needs and design effective learning solutions • Design, develop, and maintain learning experiences using instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles across e-learning, virtual instructor-led, instructor-led, and blended modalities • Collaborate cross-functionally to align learning solutions with business objectives, organizational standards, and learner needs • Analyze performance gaps and recommend learning strategies, content, and development approaches that drive measurable business outcomes • Create interactive learning content, job aids, assessments, and performance support resources • Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field • Experience designing and developing e-learning content using Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise, and Camtasia • Experience applying instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, or similar frameworks • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning technologies • Experience conducting learning needs analyses and translating business needs into learning solutions • Strong stakeholder consultation, communication, and project management skills • Experience with Synthesia, Adobe Audition, and video-based learning development preferred • Experience utilizing Learning Management Systems preferred • Experience developing blended learning programs preferred • Professional proficiency in both English and Canadian French preferred • Experience measuring learning effectiveness and using data to improve learning outcomes preferred
