📋 Description

• Develop and execute organizational development programming covering workforce planning, succession, culture, employee experience and performance management • Conduct research, analysis, needs assessments and reporting; design programming to support individual and team capabilities • Consult with People Relationship Managers, stakeholders, leaders and senior leaders to improve organizational effectiveness • Design, deliver, manage, pilot and evaluate HR-aligned programs using diversity, equity and inclusion principles • Support organizational design work, change adoption, team effectiveness and organizational effectiveness initiatives • Facilitate team management discussions and administer assessments including EQi, 360, Birkman, DiSC and Minden Assessment • Create individual and leadership development plans; provide management coaching and support performance development • Design and manage leadership coaching, mentoring, employee experience and engagement programs • Support culture strategy, culture committees, culture measurement and continuous culture advancement • Research, design, implement and review performance management programs and year-end reporting processes • Establish workforce planning frameworks, analyze workforce trends and develop succession and talent management plans • Create risk mitigation, development, job movement, role change and retention strategies • Identify and develop high-potential leaders and support leadership development committees • Contribute to a high-performing workforce and leadership accountability culture • Manage risks and ensure health, safety and emergency management policies are applied

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary institution in a relevant field such as Business • Certification in organizational development • Five years’ related experience in organizational development • Knowledge of organizational development foundations and workforce planning theory and practice • Knowledge of HR functions and their interconnections • Knowledge of SGI’s vision, values, strategic imperatives and corporate direction • Knowledge of consulting and needs assessment processes • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Clear, concise and audience-targeted oral and written communication • Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and evaluate their value • Consulting and facilitation skills • Project management skills • Data analysis skills using Artificial Intelligence tools • CPHR designation considered an asset
