📋 Description
• Understand discipline performance, in consideration of claims performance & operational performance • Partner closely with Claims Intelligence on creating new reporting • Monitor key performance metrics, and identify insights • Develop, update & communicate holistic discipline claims story for stakeholders • Investigate, and identify root causes to claims business problems that arise • Monitor workforce management plan for discipline
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant claim/data experience • Strong working knowledge and experience in claims • Experience in Analyzing and Presenting Data • Working experience in the use of MS tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel, MS Power BI, etc. • Strong verbal and written communication skills
