📋 Description

• Independently audit new business transactions, support activities, and operational processes • Apply standardized audit methodologies and evaluation criteria • Assess compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and quality standards • Review documentation and policy records for completeness, accuracy, and procedural adherence • Identify conduct risks, non-compliance, emerging risks, and control weaknesses; escalate significant findings • Provide objective, evidence-based feedback to frontline teams and leaders • Support coaching and development initiatives for new agents and identify performance improvement opportunities • Maintain accurate audit documentation for traceability, governance, and reporting • Deliver actionable, data-driven insights supporting decisions and continuous improvement • Support process improvements and quality enhancement initiatives • Partner with operational, compliance, risk management, and business stakeholders • Contribute to audit tools, evaluation frameworks, and quality standards • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency across quality reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, auditing, compliance, or risk oversight within insurance operations • Ability to independently audit new business policies and customer files using standardized criteria • Sound judgment, objectivity, confidentiality, and integrity • Strong analytical capability to identify trends, control gaps, and emerging risks • Ability to translate findings into clear, actionable insights • Experience providing constructive, evidence-based feedback to agents and managers • Understanding of regulated service or sales environments, conduct risk, and quality control expectations • Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills • High accuracy, organization, and professionalism in audit documentation, findings, and reporting • Understanding of audit methodologies and quality assurance techniques • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel and Power BI
