📋 Description

• Investigating moderately complex, unrepresented claims • Handling both MIG & complex first party injury claims on a rotational basis • Taking ownership of pending claims of Accident Benefit Claim Advisors • Interpreting insurance policy wording and determining policy coverages • Investigating, negotiating and settling accident benefits claims • Complying with best practices as set out in Allstate policies and procedures • Ensuring files are thoroughly documented • Communicating with claimants, vendors, medical professionals, and lawyers in a professional manner

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 2-4 years relevant Ontario Accident Benefits experience outside the MIG. • File quality results have been ‘On Track’ or greater in the last year. • Strong time management and organizational skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong critical thinking skills to identify strengths and weaknesses of claims. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. • Completion of CIP designation or desire to pursue is preferred.
