📋 Description
• Develop scalable systems that power Alocai's AI-driven localization platform and related products • Own and maintain the codebase alongside other developers • Own and manage technology infrastructure and deployment workflows • Drive development-related tasks and influence technical decisions • Communicate effectively with team members and across technical and non-technical teams • Receive and give feedback, improve team processes and contribute to team efficiency • Ensure high test coverage and software quality • Collaborate in a small, multicultural remote team to shape platform evolution
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of professional software development experience with agile methodologies • 2+ years of working with Python on a professional level • 2+ years in Backend or Full-Stack development roles • Understanding of code and product • Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and pull request workflows • Commitment to software testing and high test coverage • Understanding of scalability, modularity and separation of concerns in system design • Basic understanding of DevOps, versioning, automation and deployment workflows • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure • Ability to communicate fluently in English • Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge across technical and non-technical teams • Nice to have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field • Nice to have: Experience as Frontend, Integration or DevOps oriented Software Development position • Nice to have: Experience in Software engineering with focus on AI/ML • Nice to have: Familiar with React and Typescript • Nice to have: Familiar with setting up toolchains, containers and related technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication skills • Prototype oriented and open to refactors, user feedback and prioritization
