📋 Description

• Develop and implement AI-driven solutions for real estate and mortgage industries • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve automation • Design and build conversational and document-processing workflows • Evaluate and tune machine learning model outputs • Maintain hands-on experience with various LLM APIs • Participate in CI/CD processes for deployment and integration of solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years engineering experience, at least 1 year hands-on with LLMs • Strong Python and/or Java development, including API integration and async workflows • Practical experience with LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, Anthropic, etc.) • Ability to build conversational workflows, document-processing flows, and agent-style automations • Comfortable with vector DBs, RAG patterns, prompt design, and prompt evaluation • Basic ML concepts; ability to evaluate outputs, tune prompts, and implement QA feedback loops • Experience with CI/CD and cloud services • Delivered working AI features or automations, ideally in enterprise process environments • Experience using model APIs and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.) • Hands-on building PDF/file extraction and validation flows • Ability to move quickly in iterative sprints, respond to feedback, and debug LLM behavior
