• Support pre-sales and client engagement by participating in discovery calls, site tours, and opportunity identification. • Gather, organize, and track client data (inbound/outbound volumes, product mix, process observations) to support concept development and proposals. • Coordinate with engineers and consultants to align design, pricing, and client expectations. • Maintain follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure timely responses to requests. • Represent Forge at trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings. • Help prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint templates. • Update and maintain CRM (Zoho or similar) for pipeline tracking and activity reporting. • Continuously build relationships with customers, consultants, and OEM partners to expand Forge’s network and visibility.
• 3–5 years experience in automation, industrial, or material handling sales. • Background with integrators, distributors, or automation-adjacent companies (racking, conveyors, robotics, logistics tech, 3PL, or manufacturing). • Working familiarity with AutoCAD drawings (able to interpret layouts, not required to design). • Solid skills in Excel for quotes, pricing models, and data analysis. • CRM experience (Zoho preferred) or willingness to learn quickly. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Friendly, consultative, and highly organized — someone who follows up, builds trust, and keeps deals moving. • Comfortable working independently, traveling frequently, and representing Forge professionally in front of clients.
