📋 Description

• Own the commercial trajectory of assigned accounts, protecting and growing revenue through renewals and expansions • Build renewal readiness ahead of contract expiration and qualify expansion opportunities • Manage the commercial boundary with Sales • Take ownership of accounts at enterprise signature and drive adoption, utilization, and executive engagement • Build partnerships with clinical, operational, financial, and IT leaders • Generate demand for new products and care settings through clinical champions and new-SKU pilots • Develop proof points that convert into expansion • Shape ROI narratives and align stakeholders on value methodology • Own QBRs and executive readouts • Build economic evidence behind expansions and renewals • Set account strategy, quarterly goals, and account-health scorecards • Capture repeatable playbooks and account frameworks for the Care Transformation team

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, healthcare transformation, health tech implementation, or healthcare management consulting • Experience working closely with provider organizations and navigating complex health systems • Direct ownership of commercial outcomes, including renewals, expansions, pricing and packaging decisions, and contract negotiation • Proven track record managing and expanding enterprise partnerships • Experience leading post-sale motions, growing deployed footprints into enterprise-wide relationships, and building champions across clinical, operational, and executive teams • Exceptional communication across clinical, operational, and financial functions • Ability to operate independently in high-ambiguity environments • Up to 30% travel, including onsite support during key customer events, stakeholder meetings, and QBRs across the U.S.
