📋 Description

• Work with the Customer, Director of Operations, Sales Manager, and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to complete new project onboarding • Maintain and manage new projects through completion in Smartsheet • Import customer and project data into AssetPlanner’s Service request support module • Import contract and budget data into AssetPlanner’s contract planning module • Create and import inspection templates into AssetPlanner maintenance dispatcher module • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management/customer interfacing roles • Proven organizational and communication skills • Experience and proven ability to learn new computer programs • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Solar construction and/or operations and maintenance experience is a plus • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex formula creation for data entry, analysis, and reporting • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn other computer applications • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment • Ability to prioritize competing tasks • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent time and project management skills • Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
