They operate through local Publishers who produce community-focused magazines mailed to targeted neighborhoods, and provide an all-in-one dashboard to manage listings, monitor reviews, and track ad performance. BVM also offers a Publisher franchise/independent contractor opportunity to run local publications and advertising sales.

📋 Description

• Lead new clients through the digital onboarding process • Conduct training sessions on digital marketing tools and the client dashboard • Set up clients on digital advertising products according to their business objectives • Follow up with clients and publishers to obtain account permissions before campaign start dates • Provide early reporting, insights, and recommendations to optimize digital advertising efforts • Support product changes when permissions cannot be obtained • Act as the client point of contact via calls, texts, or video during onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in digital advertising required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients • Familiarity with digital marketing reporting tools • Experience conducting reporting calls • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills • Proactive problem-solving skills and commitment to client satisfaction • Proven customer-facing experience, preferably in digital marketing or at a digital agency • Previous digital account manager experience with the Meta platform is advantageous • DSP experience is advantageous • Experience with Google Ads and Google My Business is advantageous
