📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of Amgen’s Enterprise Agentic Ecosystem Platform • Own product strategy for a secure, cloud-native AI platform with reusable services, SDKs, APIs, orchestration, developer tooling, observability, and governance • Act as Product Manager within an Agile framework • Drive evolution of agent orchestration, memory, tool integration, model routing, identity, observability, deployment services, and governance capabilities • Champion developer experience through reusable SDKs, APIs, templates, documentation, reference implementations, self-service capabilities, and internal developer tooling • Translate business needs into technical requirements and prioritize initiatives • Lead AI initiatives from discovery through enterprise scale • Identify reusable platform capabilities and optimize reliability, scalability, latency, and AI inference costs • Own platform health and adoption metrics, including usage, active builders, developer experience, adoption, model quality, reliability, latency, cost efficiency, Responsible AI compliance, and customer satisfaction • Establish governance, guardrails, evaluation standards, and policy enforcement with Responsible AI, Security, Privacy, Legal, and Enterprise Architecture teams • Define evaluation frameworks for quality, safety, reliability, latency, hallucination risk, cost, and business outcomes • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, platform architecture, Responsible AI, security, and business teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading products, defining roadmaps, and tracking product success • Strong technical fluency with cloud-native software platforms • Ability to collaborate with software engineers, AI engineers, platform engineers, architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills • Master’s degree and 6 years of Product/AI/Information/Tech Systems experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience, or Diploma and 12 years of experience • Preferred: 8+ years of product management or related experience, including 5+ years delivering AI/ML, developer platform, cloud platform, or enterprise software products • Experience building or managing enterprise AI platforms, developer platforms, platform-as-a-product, or shared platform capabilities • Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, agent orchestration, model serving, AI evaluation, and ML productization • Experience with AWS, Databricks, MLflow, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, AutoGen, or comparable platforms and frameworks • Experience with cloud-native architectures, APIs, SDKs, microservices, event-driven systems, and modern software engineering practices • Experience defining and measuring developer experience, platform adoption, product analytics, customer success metrics, and platform health • Experience with Responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, and compliance practices • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills • Hands-on experience with experimentation, telemetry, observability, and customer feedback • Sponsorship for this role is not guaranteed
