📋 Description

• Engaging Health Care Professionals in telephone conversations to promote assigned Client product • Maximizing product’s selling potential and meeting program and Client objectives • Developing and maintaining relationships with HCPs • Educating HCPs about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications • Utilizing approved tools for product promotion • Maintaining a competent level of product, program, and customer activity knowledge • Collaborating with Client field-based teams and Management • Managing daily sales call activity to influence customers and increase product sales • Promoting Client's product(s) via the telephone by engaging assigned HCP targets in in-depth product discussions • Profiling and managing a targeted list of HCPs • Creating and implementing business plans to achieve sales goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college • A minimum of 2+ years of previous sales experience or relevant professional experience with proven record of success • Flexibility to cover multiple time zones as needed • Account and territory management experience (preferred) • Inside Sales or Contact Center experience (preferred) • Aesthetics experience (preferred) • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills • Strong focus on providing customers with superior support and service • Ability to learn, understand, and communicate complex information over the telephone • Strong rapport-building and active listening skills • Excellent selling, closing, persuasion, and presentation skills • Ability to display high levels of initiative, effort, and commitment to successfully complete projects and assignments • Good organizational and planning skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and as a team member • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
