📋 Description

• Manage strategic plans to ensure program objectives meet contract requirements • Support the National Program Director and PML team with operational and project management tasks • Create and deliver PowerPoint business presentations • Conduct detailed program analysis and manage data to track metrics and team effectiveness • Streamline processes and establish efficient workflows for the PML team • Allocate tools, resources, and training, including assessing clinical data and diagnostic-related presentations • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and drive goal execution • Provide field-based market observations and insights to refine strategies • Support team cohesion and business objectives • Identify skills gaps and coordinate team training in precision medicine, diagnostics, and oncology practices • Facilitate education and collaboration • Prepare strategic reporting and communication • Institutionalize success stories • Analyze customer engagement • Adapt to scientific and market advancements • Communicate new opportunities to the Program Director • Design impactful PowerPoint presentations for diverse audiences • Use Excel for advanced data analysis, reporting, and visualization • Support a productive, team-oriented environment with Amplity and client employees • Support compliance with laws, regulations, Amplity policies, Code of Conduct, and client terms • Represent the client at national and/or local conventions when applicable • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required • Prior experience as a PML/PML type role a plus • Oncology and/or oncology pathology diagnostic experience desired • Outstanding PowerPoint and Excel skills required • Strong time management and organizational skills required • Tech savvy with meeting platforms and other relevant software programs • Minimum 2 years’ experience in oncology, diagnostics, or pathology • Excellent leadership and facilitation skills • Residence in the Eastern or Central time zone preferred • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required • Ability to travel to work-related meetings and functions, including overnight and/or weekend travel, field observations, and training sessions • Must successfully complete all Amplity and client training • Working knowledge of oncology, diagnostics, and the pharmaceutical industry desired • Advanced facilitation, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to comprehend and articulate complex technical and medical terminology • Excellent analysis, communication, and presentation abilities • Effective communication across all levels of a matrixed organization • Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently • Ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders • May be required to submit and maintain credentials, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation for access to hospitals or healthcare providers • May be required to obtain representative licenses in certain jurisdictions or hospital systems • Must demonstrate Amplity EPIIC Values
