📋 Description

• Lead the design and standardization of provider-facing processes across Medicaid programs, including enrollment, outreach, and site visits • Define business and technical requirements for provider systems, workflows, and compliance • Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPI structures • Partner with product and engineering teams to align systems and data capture with business and reporting needs • Drive provider experience improvements that reduce friction and improve access to services • Support implementation efforts and alignment with enterprise standards and data requirements • Identify and scale best practices across accounts • Support governance, executive reporting, roadmap planning, and strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Medicaid operations or technical service delivery • Strong understanding of provider services, including enrollment, screening, outreach, publications/communications, and support • Experience leading business process improvement, system implementation, or operational transformation initiatives across operations, product, and technology teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Fully remote position within the US
