📋 Description

• Manage all daily LTL shipment activities from order receipt through delivery • Prepare and provide accurate and competitive customer rate quotes • Book and dispatch LTL shipments with approved carrier partners • Coordinate pickups, deliveries, appointment scheduling, and special service requirements • Ensure shipment information is entered accurately into transportation management systems (TMS) • Monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery • Proactively track and trace shipments to identify potential service issues or delays • Communicate shipment updates to customers and internal stakeholders • Resolve service failures and coordinate corrective actions with carriers • Review carrier invoices for accuracy and compliance with quoted rates • Generate and process customer invoices in a timely manner • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies • Support profitability goals through accurate rating and cost management • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners • Ensure carrier performance meets service expectations and company standards • Deliver exceptional customer service and responsiveness • Support sales initiatives by providing operational expertise and shipment solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in LTL transportation, freight brokerage, logistics, or supply chain operations • Strong understanding of LTL carrier networks, rating structures, and service offerings • Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and freight platforms • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • College Degree Preferred
