📋 Description

• Install and commission conveyor systems and electrical connections on industrial handling equipment • Install, repair, and modify equipment in the field • Provide customer training as directed • Perform maintenance and technical support on equipment, integrated systems, subsystems, and software • Meet weekly project installation goals within required deadlines • Document inspections, maintenance, and repair work and submit paperwork promptly • Maintain and calibrate tools and test equipment • Assess product and equipment performance and recommend modifications or improvements • Provide technical support to customers and other service professionals • Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to resolve problems quickly • Install, upgrade, and remove products while coordinating engineering field changes • Maintain effective customer communications and relations • Collaborate with peers from various backgrounds • Travel weekly to customer sites, generally airports, with up to 100% travel • Work varying schedules, including nights, overtime, and days other than Monday-Friday

🎯 Requirements

• Passport in hand by hire date • Occasional travel to the USA • High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of prior relevant experience • Associate degree or graduation from a technical school in electronics, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in field or installation service environments • Must pass criminal background check, drug test, and extensive credit check • Ability to safely perform essential physical job functions • Ability to meet essential qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards • Physically able to enter narrow spaces, climb ladders/stairs, and carry 50+ lbs. without assistance • Computer literacy and competency with all programs in the MS Office Suite • Aptitude for learning specialized software programs • Working knowledge of X-ray and/or CT technologies preferred • Network installation and configuration is a plus • PLC experience is a plus • Previous field electrical assembly experience preferred • Software integration with electrical/mechanical equipment experience preferred • Flexibility to work days and nights and travel weekly • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong electronic repair troubleshooting methodology • Expert technical product knowledge after training • Team-oriented, flexible, ethical, professional, and integrity-driven
