📋 Description

• Participate and collaborate with clients on all financial aspects of their businesses • Identify and regularly review key business drivers to provide improvement insights • Maintain financial forecasts aligned with business strategy • Perform industry benchmarking • Support team compensation planning • Manage lending relationships • Maintain relationships with clients’ leadership teams and determine actions related to client satisfaction • Have final responsibility for client deliverables and lead the team in delivering them timely and accurately • Develop consulting relationships through financial statements, forecasts, and guidance on future business decisions • Expand client-deliverable knowledge through internal training, meetings, and self-study • Understand signed statements of work and pricing models; quote and explain new pricing options when services change • Attend two mandatory company retreats per year

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work independently with expanding duties and responsibilities • Excellent client service skills and ability to interact with all levels of management • Forward-thinking and open to new ideas, technologies, and processes • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong communication skills • Ability to work well under pressure • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field • CPA preferred with at least 6 years of relevant experience • Extensive experience with Excel; pivot tables required, VBA and macros a plus • Experience with QuickBooks, FreshBooks, and Xero a plus • Construction industry experience required • Business and personal tax experience a plus • Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship
