📋 Description
• Direct customer on-site evaluation • System process development • Equipment design • Develop large to small project opportunities • Grow aftermarket parts business • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams • Support equipment testing/demo at applications lab • Provide training for on-site operators and maintenance personnel • Prepare technical reports for site visits
🎯 Requirements
• Technical expertise on material handling products and services • Ability to evaluate systems and processes • Experience in equipment design • Skills in customer relationship management • Ability to resolve customer issues effectively • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Flexibility to travel for site support and evaluations. • Experience in Pulp & Paper industry preferred.
