📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, from contract renewal through PO creation, working closely with Accounting and Finance • Follow the procurement calendar to ensure proactivity, visibility, and leverage in negotiations • Manage vendor communication and contract negotiations • Collaborate with business leaders to understand stakeholder requirements and secure competitive quotes • Partner with Finance and IT Asset Management to integrate procurement with forecasting and cost management • Deliver data-driven spend analysis and insights to the CFO and senior leadership • Identify cost savings opportunities • Improve procurement policies and processes and drive adoption across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of procurement experience with a record of delivering cost savings and negotiating complex contracts • 2+ years of experience directly negotiating software and technology contracts • Exceptional understanding of contracts and ability to identify commercially favorable or unfavorable terms and conditions • Independent and resourceful, with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments • Highly organized and detail oriented • Strong communicator able to collaborate with cross-functional partners at senior levels • Familiarity with AI and automation tools supporting procurement workflows, spend analysis, and vendor management • Bachelor’s degree required • Applicants located in eastern time zones
