📋 Description

• Freelance BDM role to bring new clients and drive revenue • Identify and reach out to potential clients in IT, tech, healthcare, and related industries • Pitch services and schedule discussions • Build and maintain client relationships • Track leads and progress in a shared tracker

🎯 Requirements

• Work Experience 4-5 years • Experience in B2B sales, staffing, or recruitment • Strong network or ability to generate leads independently • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated and comfortable with pure commission
