📋 Description

• Leading a team of Account Executives • Making hiring decisions, training, and motivating the team • Assisting with new accounts, escalating new account issues, providing support • Following up on team performance • Identifying strengths and weaknesses in team members & coaching appropriately • Providing superior sales expertise and excellent phone skills • Displaying accuracy in describing what our company can offer potential clients • Engaging in domestic and international travel for trade shows and meetups

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of sales leadership experience (preferably in a telephony/software sales company or similar industry) • 5+ years of selling and closing experience • Outstanding speaking and listening skills (including public speaking) • Exceptional customer service skills (efficiency, friendliness, and a positive attitude) • Able to understand, comply, and implement oral and written instructions and relay those instructions to employees • Proficient in Google-based products, like Google Docs, Sheets, etc. • Comfortable using scheduling programs, managing calendar timelines, and entering information into appropriate computer databases. • Highly organized and accurate, able to prioritize, multi-task, analyze customer accounts, and manage multiple projects and employees in a fast-paced environment.
