📋 Description

• Build and customize Boomi processes for client system integrations with Laurel • Test deployed Boomi processes with clients and validate integration data integrity • Support transitions between billing systems and coordinate zero-downtime migration activities • Provide urgent support during go-live periods, including possible evening or weekend coverage • Monitor integration health and respond to client-centric system alerts • Manage Boomi Atom monitoring, shutdowns, and flow exceptions • Troubleshoot data flow issues across Laurel, SAP S/4HANA, ERP, PMS, APIs, and integration layers • Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventative measures • Optimize integration performance by refactoring inefficient processes • Serve as Level 2 technical escalation for synchronization issues • Support Principal Partner Engineers with complex troubleshooting • Document issue patterns and create knowledge-base articles • Collaborate with Engineering on code fixes and feature modifications • Maintain internal support and troubleshooting tools • Communicate with client IT and technical contacts during escalations and outages • Coordinate fixes with client technical teams and provide incident status updates • Participate in weekly client check-in meetings • Own monitoring and alerting workflows, system migrations, and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of technical experience in integration engineering, DevOps, technical support, or a similar role • Strong troubleshooting skills tracing data flow across multiple systems • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, ERP integrations, data flows, system dependencies, and troubleshooting • Experience with REST APIs, SQL queries, and database concepts • Experience with iPaaS tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar • Familiarity with alerting systems, log analysis, and proactive monitoring • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage incident expectations • Ability to respond calmly and methodically to time-sensitive billing issues • Experience with SAP S/4HANA technical integration, BTP, REST APIs, and ERP architecture • Experience with REST API testing and debugging using Postman, curl, or similar • Understanding of data synchronization patterns and ETL processes • Familiarity with ticket/case management systems such as Jira, Linear, ServiceNow, or similar • Preferred: legal tech, professional services software, HCM, or time-and-billing systems experience • Preferred: SSO, SAML, OAuth, Microsoft 365 integrations, enterprise SaaS, scripting/automation, and data validation/reconciliation experience • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Laurel is unable to support visa sponsorship or relocation assistance
