📋 Description

• Provide virtual nursing consultations and clinical guidance to patients and healthcare teams • Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate appropriate follow-up care • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes • Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care recommendations accurately in electronic health records (EHR) • Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and wellness strategies • Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing telehealth support and case management • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and company policies

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing (Georgia licensure preferred) • Minimum 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in a relevant healthcare setting • Experience with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and virtual care delivery • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage a virtual caseload efficiently • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable remote work environment • Compassionate, detail-oriented, and patient-focused professional demeanor
