📋 Description

• Prepare all food items using prep lists and standard LandSea recipes • Assemble sandwiches, wraps, and salads according to recipes, portion standards, and customer requests • Follow hygiene standards, maintain proper food storage, and comply with health regulations • Clean and sanitize prep areas, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift • Restock ingredients, monitor freshness, and report low supplies • Maintain the sandwich fridge and made-to-order sandwich bar • Maintain accurate food rotation to ensure quality and freshness • Work efficiently with kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy periods • Adhere to all safety practices, procedures, and guidelines • Live on-site at a remote camp on scheduled shifts and leave camp during scheduled breaks

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one-year prep work or food service-related work preferred • Knowledge of food prep, proper knife handling, temperature control, and sanitation is helpful • Speak, read and write English • Demonstrates basic math and counting skills • Ability to work independently, effectively and efficiently • Team player • Camp kitchen experience is an asset • Food Safe Level 1 is required • LandSea and site-specific Orientation and Health and Safety • Drug and Alcohol Clearance • Criminal Record Check Clearance • Health Questionnaire • Valid Government Issued ID for travel if required • Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing required • Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts and multiple days in a row • Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing • Willingness to work in a drug- and alcohol-free workplace
