📋 Description

• Assist with preparing baked goods including pastries, pies, cookies, squares, cakes, and other bakery items • Measure and prepare ingredients • Mix doughs and batters • Shape and fill pastries • Assist with baking tasks under the supervision of a baker or head baker • Prepare food items using prep lists and standard Aramark recipes • Follow proper food handling procedures • Maintain accurate food rotation for quality and freshness • Manage, label, date, cover, and store leftover foods according to Aramark standards • Maintain clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas • Clean, sanitize, and organize stations and kitchen equipment at the end of shifts • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment • Follow safety policies and accident reporting procedures • Complete required training

🎯 Requirements

• Professional remote camp or commercial baking experience • Minimum one-year prep work or food service-related work preferred • Knowledge of food preparation, proper knife handling, temperature control, and sanitation helpful • Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication with others • Basic math and counting skills • Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and walk or stand for extended periods • May be required to wear uniforms and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) • Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol test • Successful completion of criminal background check • Resume must be attached to the application
