⢠Strategically lead mobilization efforts across Aramark Nexus's business ⢠Partner with cross-functional teams to mobilize new business ⢠Serve as an operational expert to field teams and technical advisor on core programs and processes ⢠Lead account activation and facilitate new account project plans, including onsite implementation visits ⢠Manage implementation paths and handoffs for account activation ⢠Develop and manage tailored mobilization plans with stakeholders ⢠Coordinate with functional groups, strategic partners, and industry consultants ⢠Monitor risks to timelines, budgets, and mobilization activities ⢠Drive multi-faceted and multi-tiered processes under time pressure ⢠Assess program performance and maximize ROI by analyzing process efficiency and costs ⢠Manage implementation processes, improvement teams, and stakeholders ⢠Create and present reports on progress, risks, opportunities, and effectiveness ⢠Document process and program changes and provide continuous-improvement leadership ⢠Conduct research and develop insights to inform business decisions ⢠Identify, resolve, and escalate issues and revise mobilization plans when necessary ⢠Validate plan execution and outcomes against client and Nexus expectations ⢠Build trust and relationships with operators and clients ⢠Influence stakeholders without formal authority and accelerate buy-in ⢠Communicate information, implications, and recommendations to diverse audiences ⢠Leverage subject-matter experts to expedite tasks ⢠Serve as a key contact for the business unit and client ⢠Perform other duties as assigned
⢠Bachelor's degree required ⢠Minimum of 8 years of experience in client relationship building, managing business performance, sales strategy, managing tight deadlines, and interfacing with all levels of an organization ⢠Proven ability to take strategy from concept to operational implementation ⢠Previous large-volume operational experience ⢠Strong project management discipline, organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills ⢠Analytical, statistical, and conceptual problem-solving ability ⢠Ability to translate raw data and analytical results into clear written and verbal communication ⢠Creative, flexible, adaptive, and facilitative approach to project and change management ⢠Leadership ability, perseverance, assertiveness, high energy, and enthusiasm ⢠Results-oriented self-starter with initiative and accountability ⢠Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with little supervision ⢠Ability to manage people without formal authority ⢠Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills ⢠Ability to navigate and mediate conflict and foster candid dialogue ⢠Ability to establish credibility, facilitate consensus, and present ideas logically and assertively ⢠Excellent knowledge of MS Office ⢠Working knowledge of program/project management software such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Power BI, or Monday.com is a strong advantage
