📋 Description

• Manage supplier relationships and contracts for hotel guest-room amenities and personal-care products • Support customer programs and the overall Rooms Amenities category strategy • Plan and execute strategic sourcing initiatives that deliver successful contracts, customer value, and cost savings • Lead supplier negotiations and pricing strategy development for supplier agreements • Collect, organize, and analyze purchasing data to identify opportunities and measure contract and program success • Manage annual plans, timelines, milestones, and initiative status updates • Hold suppliers accountable for contractual commitments while driving program growth • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on contract and new-product implementation • Manage assigned portfolios of contracts and suppliers • Lead presentations for internal and external teams and suppliers • Interact with customers and senior leadership on high-visibility projects as a trusted consultant • Deliver product savings, category growth, and enhanced enterprise value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in supply chain, project management, business, economics, or a related field preferred • At least 5 years of experience using Excel, including large data set analysis, PivotTables, and cost comparison models • At least 3 years of experience negotiating and managing vendor supply contracts • At least 3 years of experience simultaneously conducting 3 or more sourcing projects, including RFPs • 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in procurement, contracting, supply chain optimization, category management, business management, or management consulting • Ability to travel 10%–15% of the time • Strong data analysis capabilities and experience converting findings into actionable steps • Strong technical sourcing process and contracting knowledge • Strong negotiation skills • Ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to independently contribute to team goals • Strong attention to detail and process orientation • Prior experience in hotel amenities, personal-care products, hospitality procurement, consumer products, or a related sourcing category preferred
