📋 Description

• Own Aran's deployment on customer projects from kickoff through delivery of an engineering package • Configure and extend parametric engines and AI agents for customer standards, templates, and workflows • Build integrations, scripts, and tools connecting Aran to customers' CAD/BIM, document, and project-management systems • Work onsite with customer engineers and construction teams to resolve issues quickly • Convert field learnings into product requirements, reusable features, and fixes • Help scale Aran from flagship projects to many deployments • Work side by side with developers, hyperscalers, EPCs, and engineering teams to turn projects into working Aran deployments • Learn how customers design, permit, and build, configure engines to their standards, and deliver engineering outputs on schedule • Travel regularly to customer offices and job sites

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering ability with experience shipping software depended on by real users • Highly proficient with AI coding agents • Clear written and verbal communication with engineers, project managers, and executives • Ability to remain calm and resourceful when customer deadlines are at risk • Ability to learn technical domains quickly, including power, cooling, structures, permitting, and construction • Willingness to travel frequently to customer offices and job sites • Systems thinker • Must have a PE • Experience as a forward-deployed, solutions, or field engineer, or delivering technical projects for demanding customers, is particularly interesting • No engineering or computer science degree required • Data center, construction, or AEC experience not required • Previous forward-deployed or customer-facing title not required
