📋 Description

• Input, update, and maintain accurate records of customer and sales data in the CRM and allied systems. • Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct inaccuracies, ensuring the integrity and consistency of CRM data. • Support the development and implementation of data validation processes to maintain high standards of data quality. • Assist in generating reports and dashboards to support sales and revenue operations insights. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to address data-related issues and optimize workflows. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, policies, and best practices. • Assist in basic data analysis and reporting as needed to support business initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Excels. Basic knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and auditing tasks. • Ability to identify data discrepancies and contribute to solutions. • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a supportive team culture. • 4-5 years of proven experience as a Revenue Analyst or similar role.
