📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of Operations Centers located in US branch offices and the Philippines • Drive LEAN principles for continuous process improvement • Lead and manage Central Operations teams • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing operations teams • Knowledge of LEAN principles and methodology • Ability to drive continuous improvement • Experience with policy lifecycle processes • Strong leadership and team management skills.
