📋 Description

• Serve as the primary functional expert for assigned Oracle HCM Cloud modules. • Lead the resolution of complex functional and technical issues, including root cause analysis and cross‑module troubleshooting. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices, optimization opportunities, and roadmap planning. • Configure, test, and document advanced system changes, enhancements, and reports. • Lead the design of new functionality, ensuring alignment with client requirements and Oracle best practices. • Oversee quarterly updates, regression testing, and release impact assessments. • Manage and troubleshoot system integrations, working closely with technical teams. • Collaborate with Oracle Support and third‑party vendors to resolve escalated issues. • Provide functional requirements and validation for integration updates. • Lead client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions. • Deliver end‑user training and create high‑quality support documentation. • Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders. • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. • Mentor and review the work of Consultants and junior team members. • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best‑practice development.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting or HRIS experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud • Deep expertise in Workforce Management: Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence • Strong understanding of HR processes and cross‑module dependencies • Proven ability to lead client discussions, design solutions, and manage complex issues independently • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
