📋 Description

• Contribute to defining the scope needed to achieve client goals and objectives • Contribute to estimates of work effort, time, and resources required • Help customers align their business with Oracle industry processes • Contribute to project plans and provide regular updates • Partner with clients to design and create Oracle Cloud prototypes • Explain solution options and decision rationale • Configure, document, and test Oracle Cloud solutions • Record Oracle service requests and work them to closure • Identify risks, evaluate options, and recommend and execute remediations • Coach and lead client and ArcLight project resources • Meet or exceed schedule and quality commitments • Improve ArcLight’s delivery model and assets • Grow broader Oracle Cloud, sales, and delivery process knowledge • Deepen knowledge of software industry trends, customer industries, and Oracle modules and features • Achieve and maintain Oracle Cloud implementation certifications • Deliver Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and Budgeting solutions supporting client transformations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or post-graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field, or its equivalent • 6+ years of implementation experience with Oracle EPM solutions • 4+ years of implementation experience with Planning and Budgeting • Experience with Oracle PBCS/EPBCS modules: financials, workforce, capital projects • Experience integrating Oracle EPM Cloud with Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM modules • Working knowledge of FP&A, financial close, and/or planning/forecasting business processes • Project management experience planning implementation activities for Oracle Cloud solutions • Functional experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud with direct customer interactions • Experience facilitating design workshops, configuring Oracle Cloud following Oracle best practices, identifying application gaps, evaluating recommendations, completing functional designs, providing process guidance and training, and executing test plans • Ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely • Experience with bug fixes and customer support • Ability to communicate process and application trade-offs and recommendations • Attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability • Ability to work effectively in a remote model with customers and peers • Ability to travel up to 25% for client on-site needs • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and provide proof of employment eligibility • Must be legally eligible to travel to the United States for required business purposes • No employer sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization or U.S. work visas, including TN or L-1 • Preferred: Oracle Certifications in EPM modules • Preferred: Experience with Oracle EPM Reports and/or Narrative Reporting • Preferred: Experience with FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and PCMCS
