• Lead ERP implementation projects from discovery through to go-live and support • Analyse and optimise business processes to improve operational efficiency • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and recommend tailored ERP solutions • Manage data migration, validation, and system integration activities • Support and troubleshoot functional and technical ERP issues • Deliver training and guidance to end users and stakeholders • Work alongside Account Managers to ensure successful client outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline • Proven experience delivering ERP implementations and consulting services • Strong understanding of business process improvement and optimisation • Solid knowledge of finance processes including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities • Experience managing projects and delivering outcomes within scope and timelines • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Legal rights to work and live in Canada • Highly Desirable Experience within the fuel, gas, logistics, or related industries • Knowledge of: SQL; Scripting languages; SAGE300; Crystal Reports; Power BI
• Work remotely alongside a collaborative and highly experienced team on complex, meaningful ERP projects • Training and guidance to end users and stakeholders • Contribute to ongoing product and process improvement initiatives
