âą Preparing new generator interconnection applications âą Reviewing ISO feasibility and system impact studies âą Performing independent power system studies âą Conducting advanced grid system studies for clients' generation projects
đŻ Requirements
âą BS or MS in Electrical Engineering âą 3+ years of power systems engineering experience âą Knowledge of power regions and ISOs/RTOs âą Experience in modeling inverter-based resources âą Proficiency in software programs PSS/E, PSLF, and/or PSCAD âą Experience in dynamic transient stability and advance studies is a plus âą Excellent verbal/written communication skills âą Experience in writing technical reports and proposals âą Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work with and guide others âą Project planning and leadership skills
