📋 Description

• Partner with manufacturing leadership to develop and execute people strategies that support operational goals. • Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management. • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits to deliver cohesive employee life cycle experience. • Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities and provide recommendations. • Lead complex employee relations matters including investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience. • 3+ years supporting manufacturing, operations, distribution, or industrial environments. • Experience handling complex employee relations investigations. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. • Experience coaching frontline managers through senior leadership. • Ability to manage multiple business units remotely. • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Experience using HRIS systems (UKG, Workday or similar).
