📋 Description

• Develops and retains a quality Agent client base • Administers marketing program focusing on prospective agents and provides maintenance of existing customers • Interface with division/regional management and legal counsel on the appropriate management of agents • Maintain the customer relationship and servicing the customer’s needs throughout • Build client relationships, secure new business from new customers, and maintain and expand business with existing client base • Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads • Develop and execute a call plan for the area assigned • Attend title insurance industry functions and participate in appropriate organizations • Create or adapt and deliver group and individual presentations

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • 2 – 5 years of successful Title/Real estate industry experience • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals • Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives to better respond and provide solutions • Applies diplomacy and tact in all business interpersonal activities • Demonstrates persistence, tenacity and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Ability to persuade and influence others • Strong negotiation skills • Flexible with the ability to adapt strategy to changing conditions • Understanding of market and competition with the ability to identify external threats and opportunities
