📋 Description

• Drive strategic growth, business development, and operational service line expansion across the enterprise • Build advanced frameworks and methodologies for the Corporate Strategy team to evaluate market entry, capital planning, and access opportunities across National and Ministry Market settings • Support executive leadership in designing and evaluating strategic growth initiatives, including capital project assessments and volume forecasting • Ensure strategic initiatives align with organizational vision • Oversee execution and performance management of growth imperatives • Monitor monthly business performance and progress to plan across all markets • Incorporate complex industry and competitive intelligence into strategy design

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management • Extensive experience in healthcare consulting or corporate strategy • Experience developing and executing enterprise-wide initiatives within mid-to-large regional or national health systems, specifically multi-hospital networks • High analytical and structured problem-solving skills • Financial acumen • Ability to turn ambiguous data into actionable strategic models • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to influence stakeholders • Ability to communicate concise, compelling strategic recommendations to executive and senior leadership
