📋 Description

• Lead Ashby’s expanding technical integration services function within Customer Success • Oversee specialized Integration Consultants focused on Workday integrations and Technical Solution Consultants building bespoke API solutions and custom recommendations • Build and scale a high-performing technical services team • Establish capacity planning, project prioritization, quality standards, and repeatable delivery processes • Serve as a senior escalation point for Workday architecture, APIs, and complex technical challenges • Dive into active integrations, troubleshoot roadblocks, scope solutions, and translate ambiguity into clear technical paths • Evolve technical services offerings by identifying recurring customer needs and standardizing solutions • Determine where new technical capabilities will provide customer and business impact • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Implementation on product gaps, services opportunities, ownership, feasibility, and customer commitments

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, integration services, or technical implementations • At least 3+ years directly managing and scaling a team of technical resources • Strong working knowledge of enterprise integrations, including Workday architecture, APIs, authentication, data mapping, and integration design • Ability to evaluate proposed solutions, identify technical risks, and guide consultants through complex implementation challenges • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for non-technical audiences and executive stakeholders • Demonstrated success guiding consultants through a high-volume portfolio of mid-to-large tier enterprise organizations • Experience orchestrating concurrent enterprise projects and balancing team bandwidth • Experience actively building a team by anticipating future capability and service gaps • Ability to dive into technical details, brainstorm and validate complex integration solutions, scope mid-flight custom-build pivots, and manage high-volume concurrent projects
