📋 Description

• Design and develop RAG pipelines: document ingestion, chunking, vectorization, embeddings, indexing, and corpus updates • Integrate LLMs into robust application architectures • Develop conversational assistants and AI agents capable of orchestrating multi-step business tasks • Work on document-related use cases: OCR, document transformation, information extraction, augmented search, corpus summarization, and analysis • Design APIs and microservices exposing AI capabilities to business applications • Contribute to technical feasibility studies based on business requirements • Participate in solution industrialization: testing, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, monitoring, and documentation • Implement AI observability mechanisms: prompt tracking, response quality, latency, costs, errors, hallucinations, logs, and execution traces • Contribute to LLMOps best practices: prompt versioning, evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, model management, and continuous improvement • Engage with business and technical teams to explain the choices, limitations, and trade-offs of AI solutions • Participate in Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives • Work within project teams in an Agile environment alongside tech leads, architects, Product Owners, data teams, business stakeholders, and security teams • Work on digital transformation, data, and AI projects for major enterprise clients

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally 3 to 6 years of software development experience, including significant initial experience on an AI, data, NLP, RAG, chatbot, conversational assistant, or generative AI project • Candidates with only 2 years of experience may be considered if they are technically strong, autonomous, curious, and already experienced with practical AI topics • Strong software development fundamentals and hands-on exposure to generative AI • Advanced Python • FastAPI, Pydantic, asyncio, or equivalent technologies • API-first and microservices development • RAG architectures: vector search, hybrid search, embeddings, and document indexing • Vector databases or search engines: Azure AI Search, Elasticsearch, Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or equivalent technologies • AI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or equivalent technologies • LLM integration: Mistral, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock, or proprietary models • Multi-model orchestration, prompt management, fallback strategies, agents, and tool calling • Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or a containerized cloud environment • CI/CD: GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent technologies • Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Langfuse, or equivalent technologies • Databases and storage: PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, document storage, or equivalent technologies • Unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and AI response evaluation • Experience with high-volume document pipelines • Experience with OCR, data extraction, or document analysis • Initial experience with AI agents or multi-step workflows • Knowledge of LLMOps concepts • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Understanding of security, GDPR, the EU AI Act, and data governance requirements • Experience in banking, finance, insurance, the public sector, or another highly regulated environment • Master’s degree in computer science, data, AI, applied mathematics, engineering, or an equivalent university qualification • Ability to work with business and technical teams in a large-enterprise environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Technical rigor, autonomy, critical thinking, a documentation-oriented mindset, and a strong customer-service focus
