📋 Description

• Own the P&L, set strategic direction, and drive sustained, profitable growth across the product portfolio • Expand repeatable, high-quality revenue and refine cross-product go-to-market • Identify new opportunities across markets, segments, and channels • Refine market-aligned product roadmaps and bring next-generation products to market • Leverage emerging tools, including AI, to enhance the platform • Evolve the operating model toward business-unit-level ownership and accountability • Improve end-to-end operational efficiency through AI • Improve customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value • Embed a culture of customer-led innovation • Take accountability for revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow • Allocate capital with discipline and deliver predictable financial performance • Build and develop a high-performing team and culture of ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-first thinking

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, COO, VP, or General Manager with full P&L ownership of a software or technology business • Prior P&L accountability of $5M or more • Experience leading and developing a team of 10 or more • Track record of bringing new products to market and successfully scaling them • Track record of scaling and growing established software businesses and transforming a business • Strong commercial experience across sales, pricing, and go-to-market strategy, including cross-sell and market penetration • Ability to lead across product, operations, and finance • Financial acumen including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting • Comfort with emerging technologies, including AI • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, economics, or a related field • MBA or advanced degree is a strong asset
